All with the exception of Canada, we are no longer accepting International orders on this website. Should you want to place an International order, please email us at: susan@samanthanicoles.com

Orders from Hawaii and Alaska may be placed on this website. The shipping totals that you will receive during checkout will need to be ammended however. We will contact you with the ammended shipping fee and await your approval before processing your order.

Orders from Canada may also be placed on this website. We ship to canada via FedEx International Economy service. The cost for this service is $25. The shipping fee that you will be quoted on the website will need to be ammended to reflect the actual $25 fee. We will contact you with the ammended shipping fee and await your approval before processing your order.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us here at "Samantha Nicole's". We allow Individual outfits in the store to be returned within 12 days of the date you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. Your items will be returned for an in store online credit (all shipping non-refundable). Please contact Susan prior to sending or returning any garment for a return number. All returns MUST be approved with Susan prior to sending them back, Thanks so much!

The clothing should be shipped back to us in unwashed and tags still intact. Should you not send "Samantha Nicole's" the clothing in the original condition, the garmets will be tossed out and no credit will be issued. It is "Samantha Nicole's" sole discression to inspect the garments when returned prior to issuing a credit.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your order -- without that information we cannot process your return or exchange. Please circle the items that you are returning.

If that is the case, "Samantha Nicole's" shall immediately issue a credit to your account of a full refund for the order placed on that particular item.

Termination
"Samantha Nicole's" may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in "Samantha Nicole's" sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
